Our courier partners hand parcels over with a tracking number, so you can follow each update from dispatch to delivery. Every item is packed flat and protected to prevent transit damage. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact our support team with photos of the box and contents so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Payment for orders is taken at checkout, and prices are listed in EUR (€) including VAT. Delivery timeframes are estimates that can vary with carrier volumes and public holidays.
